1۔ پلیٹ فارم کا استعمال
TappUp provides a digital business card and online presence platform. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
2۔ اکاؤنٹس اور سبسکرائب
کچھ خصوصیات تک رسائی حاصل کرنے کے لیے آپ کو ایک اکاؤنٹ بنانا یا سبسکرائب خریدنا پڑ سکتا ہے۔ آپ اپنے اکاؤنٹ کی اسناد اور اپنے اکاؤنٹ کے تحت تمام سرگرمیوں کی رازداری برقرار رکھنے کے ذمہ دار ہیں۔
3۔ ادائیگی اور رقم کی واپسی
All payments made on TappUp are subject to the pricing and billing terms displayed at the time of purchase. Refund policies, if applicable, are clearly stated on the platform or in your subscription details.
4۔ صارف کا مواد
You retain ownership of the content you upload to TappUp. By using the platform, you grant us permission to display and process your content solely for providing the service.
5۔ سروس کی دستیابی
We strive to ensure uninterrupted service, but TappUp does not guarantee continuous availability. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may occasionally cause temporary disruptions.
6۔ ذمہ داری کی حد
TappUp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
۷. شرائط میں تبدیلیاں
ہم کسی بھی وقت ان شرائط و ضوابط کو اپ ڈیٹ یا تبدیل کرنے کا حق محفوظ رکھتے ہیں۔ تبدیلیوں کے بعد پلیٹ فارم کا مستقل استعمال نظر ثانی شدہ شرائطن کو قبول کرنے کا مطلب ہے۔
